What's the difference between monthly audit and daily monitoring?
Monthly audit runs all your prompts comprehensively and generates problem analysis + recommendations. Daily monitoring tracks visibility scores without deep analysis — like checking your temperature every day.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays safe. Brands and prompts exceeding the new plan limits will be frozen (not deleted) — you can access them again after upgrading.
What payment methods are available?
Bank transfer (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri), GoPay, OVO, QRIS, Indomaret, Alfamart, and credit/debit cards — all through Midtrans.
Is there a refund policy?
Monthly plans: access continues until end of period, no refund. Annual plans: prorated refund for unused months. Cancellation within the first 48 hours gets a full refund.
Is the 20% annual discount really worth it?
Yes — if you plan to use Nuave for more than 3 months. AEO is a long-term game, results show in 2-3 months. Annual plans ensure consistent monitoring.
