The Nuave Service ("Service") is provided by Nuave ("we") and offered to you subject to acceptance without modification of all terms and conditions contained herein. By using this Service, you agree to all of these Terms & Conditions.
1Terms of Use
Nuave is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) that helps businesses measure and improve their brand visibility in AI-generated answers. This Service is offered to you subject to acceptance of all terms, conditions, and notices contained herein as well as additional terms applicable to each part of the Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Service.
2Service Overview
Nuave provides digital services including:
Brand visibility audits on AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, and others)
Competitor analysis based on AI responses
Web content improvement recommendations for AI optimization
AI-optimized blog article generation for answer engines
Visibility reports in PDF format
3Credit System & Payment
Nuave uses a credit-based system. New users receive 10 free credits upon registration. Additional credits can be purchased in the following packages:

Important: Purchased credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
4Refund Policy
Nuave sells digital products (service credits). Given the nature of digital products that are immediately usable, the following refund terms apply.
4.1 Approved Refunds
Refunds can only be processed under the following conditions:
Payment was successfully processed but credits were not added to your account within 24 hours
Duplicate payment occurred for the same transaction
A technical error in our system caused credits to be deducted without providing the service
4.2 Denied Refunds
Refunds cannot be processed for:
Credits that have been partially or fully used
Dissatisfaction with audit results or AI recommendations (results depend on brand data provided by the user)
Change in business needs after purchase
Forgetting to use purchased credits
Terms & Conditions violation resulting in account closure
4.3 Refund Request Process
Submit request
Send an email to hello@nuave.ai with the subject "Refund Request - [Order ID]"
Attach proof
Include proof of payment and a description of the issue
Verification process
Our team will verify within 3 business days
Refund
If approved, the refund will be issued within 7-14 business days via the original payment method
5License of Use
Nuave grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes. You may not:
Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer any component of the Service
Create derivative works based on the Service
Allow third parties to use or access the Service with your account
Use the Service for purposes that violate applicable Indonesian law
6Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, code, trademarks, and other materials available through the Nuave Service are owned by Nuave and protected by Indonesian intellectual property law. AI-generated content for your account (recommendations, blog articles, audit reports) becomes yours to use for business purposes, but may not be resold as a similar product.
7User Obligations & Warranties
By using the Service, you warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old or represent a legitimate business entity
Information you provide (brand name, website URL) is accurate and you have rights to that brand
You will not use the Service to audit brands belonging to other parties without permission
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
8Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Nuave provides the Service "as is". We do not guarantee that:
Audit results reflect all AI responses on the internet (depends on the AI model used)
Recommendations provided will automatically improve your brand visibility
The Service will always be available without interruption
Nuave's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 30 days.
9Account Suspension & Termination
Nuave reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms & Conditions
We suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of the Service
You use the Service for unlawful purposes
Account has been inactive for more than 12 months
10Changes to Service & Terms
Nuave reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue the Service at any time. Changes to the Terms & Conditions will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall be resolved through deliberation first, and if no agreement is reached, through the competent courts in Indonesia.
